Congratulations to Unit D for ratifying their new contract! The contract was officially ratified on September 17th, 2024 with a unanimous vote. Four out of the five Unit D members were present. Thank you to all who participated in this process not only at the meeting, but in all steps leading up to this moment. Thank you also to Haley Ketterman for her hard work representing Unit D at the negotiations table!
Contracts update:
- All Unit contracts are ratified except Unit E.
- We are still waiting on finalized copies of the contracts from the attorney for both Units A and C.
- We are still waiting to sign the settlement agreement for Unit B.
- Our field rep just received the settlement agreement for Unit E which will be sent out to the Unit E negotiations committee for review shortly.
